BLACKOUT Claude is a private tool used only by BLACKOUT NYC A Cappella to manage our own group inbox (blackout.acappella@gmail.com).

What it accesses: It reads messages in our inbox and creates draft replies. It cannot send email.

How data is used: Email content is used only to identify booking inquiries, draft responses for our review, and keep our internal gig notes. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Storage: Access credentials are stored only on our Business Manager's computer. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account's security settings.
